- Registration:
Anyone who wish to bid should register with identity documents before the auction. - Deposit:
Bidder must pay HK$30,000 as deposit before receiving a numbered paddle. The deposit is refundable. Bidder who intends to bid lots with estimate above US$50,000 should contact Rarehouse before the auction. He may be asked to increase the amount of deposit. - Sales Commission:
19% of the hammer price will be charged as sales commission. - Payment:
We accept payment in cash of HK$, US$ or RMB. Exchange rate will be announced at the day of auction.
Payment by cheque, bankdraft, credit card & wire transfer will also be accepted. All bank charges will be borne by the buyer himself. - Collection of lots:
Lots can be collected during or after the auction.
- Non-payment:
If the Buyer fails to pay the Full Amount within forty five days after the date of sale, Rarehouse has the right to cancel the sale of all the lots won by the Buyer. The deposit advanced by the Buyer will be forfeited. The Buyer will not be allowed to participate in the future auctions of Rarehouse.
