Rarehouse Auction Limited e-Auction Platform User Guideline (1) To be able to participate in our e-Auctions you need to be registered on http://ebid.rarehouseauction.com?go=csm_apply And we will inform you by email if your application is successful and giving you the Login User ID and Password.
(2) When your application is accepted. You may log on to http://ebid.rarehouseauction.com by pressing the Login button at the top left hand corner and entering your [Username] and [Password]
(3) You are in our virtual auction venue and able to attend simultaneously the current auction or reviewing the previous auction results. To review previous auction results: simply select the Year/Season of the Auction. To participate in the current auction: simply choose the current auction and choose any one of the followings: l Current auction items l Bid items l No bid items l Bid cancelled items
(4) You can place a bid for the current auction items by sliding once on your PC or smart phone. (Remarks: every bidder can place the “cut bid” i.e. half bid once for each item).
(5) If you are outbid, you will receive an instant message informing you that your bid is outbid. You can either place another bid or simply do nothing and wait for the other lots.
(6) If your bid is the highest bid by the time the auctioneer hammers down, you will receive a message confirming that you have won. You may visit “My Order” anytime and check how many items that you have won and the relevant amount occurred.

（2） 當您的申請被接納後，您可以進入我們的網址：http://ebid.rarehouseauction.com 並於左上角的位置按Login並輸入使用者名稱及密碼。
（3） 當你成功進入我們的虛擬拍賣場後即可檢視我司過往的拍賣記錄或參與即場競拍。 檢視過往的拍賣記錄：只需選擇拍賣年份和季度。 參與即場競拍，可揀選： · 現場拍賣 · 已拍出項目 · 流拍項目 · 取消項目 （4） 如參加即場競拍，只需用電腦或手機於適當價位滑動一下。（註：每位競拍者於每個拍賣項目可以作出不多於一次之“cut bid即半口價”）
（5） 如果閣下的出價被超越，閣下會收到價位被超越的訊息。
（6） 如閣下之出價在拍賣官下鎚時為最高價，則閣下會收到訊息確認您已投得該項目。閣下可以任何時間在電腦或手機上之“我的訂單”版面查詢已投得之項目總數及相關之金額。
